October is Time to Go Pink month. Breast cancer is a disease which affects men as well as women. It’s not only women who get breast cancer but men as well. Last year according to the American Cancer Society over 1,700 men were diagnosed with breast cancer.

So please if you are a woman practice self-exam and get a mammogram. If you are a male, make sure a breast exam is part of your physical.
